Emily Olohirere Aleburu is a Leadership Coach, NLP Practitioner, entrepreneur, trainer, and personal development advocate with a strong passion for helping individuals discover their potential, develop leadership capacity, and become intentional about their growth.
With a professional background spanning banking, customer service, marketing, leadership development, and entrepreneurship, Emily brings practical corporate and business experience into her coaching and training. During her banking career, she held progressive roles with City Express Bank, Oceanic Bank, Ecobank, and Access Bank, gaining extensive experience in customer relationship management, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
She is a John Maxwell Leadership Training Academy Certified Coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, with additional training in customer service, entrepreneurship, and health and safety.
As the Founder and CEO of Premium Minds International, Emily is committed to building people from the inside out. Through coaching, leadership training, personal development programmes, and community initiatives, she helps young adults, professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders develop the mindset, confidence, skills, and clarity required to move to their next level.
