When you book a session, request training, join our community or take the leadership diagnostic, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the information you choose to share about your goals or organization.

We also store booking, payment status and session records so we can deliver and account for the service you have paid for.

How we use it

Your information is used to schedule and deliver sessions, respond to enquiries, process payments, and — where you have consented — send you leadership insights and updates.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to process a payment or deliver a session.

Coaching confidentiality

What is discussed in a coaching session stays between the coach and the client. Session notes are private and are not shared with employers or sponsors unless you have expressly agreed in writing.

Your choices

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time, and you may ask us to correct or delete your personal data. Some booking and payment records are retained where we are required to keep them for accounting purposes.
