Booking and payment

Prices shown on this website are the authoritative prices for each service and are charged in the currency you select at booking.

When you choose a time, the slot is held temporarily while payment is completed. If payment is not verified before the hold expires, the time is released and becomes available to others.

A session is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as delivered.

For programmes and corporate engagements, cancellation terms are set out in the written agreement for that engagement.

Delivery and expectations

Coaching is a professional development service. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice or financial advice.

Outcomes depend on your own participation and follow-through. We do not guarantee specific results such as promotions, revenue or job offers.

Scheduling time zone

All session times are scheduled and displayed in Africa/Lagos time. Please allow for your own local time difference when booking.
